Casper TNG has released his debut album, Draft Day, HotNewHipHop reported on August 18, 2026. The Toronto rapper has been building his catalog for close to a decade before this first full-length project.
The 14-track album includes previously released songs "Trap 4 A Year II" and a remix of "The Market," this time featuring A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, alongside guest spots from 100Bandplan, K Money, M Huncho and OzzCash on tracks including "Dresser," "Die 2 Young," "Chamber Of Secrets" and "Don't Watch Tennis." The rest of the tracklist, among them "Rose Gold Rollies," "So Sad," "Medicine" and "I Win U Lose," is Casper TNG working solo.
Casper TNG said the album's title connects to his background as a basketball player: "Everyone knows I used to play basketball, and draft day is the moment every player works toward," he said. "But you only get there because of all the work that came before it."
He described the record as a marker of a new chapter built on everything that preceded it: "Draft Day represents the start of my professional career, but it also represents everything it took to get here," he said, calling the album "a fresh start" that also represents "everything I've been through to earn this moment."
Draft Day arrives as Casper TNG's first true album after years of singles and loose tracks, adding to a busy week of new hip-hop full-lengths tracked on the release calendar.
