Cloud 9 returns to No.9 Gardens in Rideau Lakes from September 11 to 13, and the electronic music and eco-art festival has named the acts carrying its 2026 edition. Loukeman, the Toronto producer, multi-instrumentalist and DJ, headlines.
The September 12 bill fills out around him. Lis Dalton and LukeAnthonyBarry both play, alongside Guest House and the queer party series and collective PUCKER UP!, and the after-party is hosted by Amelia Holt, one of New York's more distinctive selectors.
The programming outside the music is the point as much as the lineup. Attendees can dance in the fields, start mornings with a sauna and a cold plunge, swim, take part in mindfulness, movement and sustainability workshops, and camp on site. That structure puts the sets inside a weekend rather than making them the whole of it, which is a different proposition from a city festival where the schedule is the product.
The eco-art half of the billing is not decoration either. No.9 Gardens is built around environmental art and education, so a dance festival held there inherits a setting designed for the sustainability workshops rather than bolting them on afterwards.
Tickets are on sale now in single-night, day and weekend forms, which lets people treat it as a camping weekend or as one night out depending on how far they are travelling.
The lineup is filed under electronic, and the dates sit on the festival tracker. Smaller electronic events have been a steady part of our coverage, from Nia Archives DJing the official All Points East afterparty to RESISTANCE Ibiza opening its fifth season at Amnesia.
