Rapper Dolly Babe releases the Pink Blush video after a TikTok summer

Dolly Babe has released the official video for Pink Blush, the single that made her name this summer. That Grape Juice reported the clip landed on Tuesday 18 August 2026, later than much of the song's audience expected. The hip-hop track had already done most of its work without one.

Pink Blush is the breakout record from a rapper raised in Dallas, and it spread the way songs spread now. That Grape Juice described it as one of the summer's most inescapable songs and said it had racked up millions of replays from being stitched into content creators' clips on TikTok.

The song also picked up an unusual set of boosters along the way. Madonna and Rihanna both drew attention by miming its lyrics on social media, which the outlet said sent the buzz around the record further still.

The hook is the part people copy, a string of near-nonsense rhymes over a chorus produced by DanielWsp. "I get what I want, I got that, ooh, shalakalaka," runs one line, and the rest of the verse works the same trick with the same rhythm.

The clip sits alongside the rest of the week's videos in the release calendar. Others out around the same stretch included Flo Milli's Too Bo$$y, built on a 2006 Kelis single, and Cardi B's AH HA, which followed a costly New York shoot.

Ceven Imperial directed the video. That Grape Juice framed the release as Babe capitalising on momentum that had been building for months without an official visual to point people at, which is a fairly precise description of what happened to the song this summer.
