Florence Road share new single "7563"

Irish four-piece Florence Road released a new single, "7563," via Warner Records on August 7. The song pairs hook-laden guitars with soaring vocals, part of what Under the Radar called the band's "melodic pop-rock alchemy."

The band described the track directly: "7563 is about feeling out of place, lost and confused. Not being sure of who you are." They said it's about recognizing "that you need to break yourself out of it," waking up from what they called a permanent "bad dream."

The song follows the band's breakout hit, "Hanging Out to Dry," a track that has since topped 25.3 million streams worldwide, spawned upward of 35,000 TikTok clips, and carried Florence Road to the top of Irish radio, a first for an all-female act from the country. Their monthly Spotify audience has since climbed past 2.5 million listeners, a fast rise for a group with only two EPs and a 2025 mixtape to their name so far, a fanbase Under the Radar said spans indie guitar music and alternative pop.

The single arrives ahead of a packed run of festival dates, including Reading & Leeds, Rock en Seine in Paris and Electric Picnic in Ireland, followed by a sold out US tour in September and sold out headline dates across Ireland in November and December. Florence Road are Lily Aron on vocals, Emma Brandon on guitar, Ailbhe Barry on bass and Hannah Kelly on drums, and have built that momentum by selling out headline shows within minutes of tickets going on sale.
