Gang Of Youths add UK and European tour dates for late 2026

The band hint at more shows to come beyond the four already confirmed in Paris, Amsterdam, Manchester and London.

Gang Of Youths announced four UK and European shows on August 18, kicking off at the Bellevilloise venue in Paris on November 28. From there the Australian alt-rock band head to Amsterdam's Melkweg on November 29, before closing the run with two UK dates: Manchester's Albert Hall on December 1 and London's Roundhouse on December 2. "We're looking forward to seeing you for four special shows in November and December," the band wrote on Instagram.

The band also signaled that the four confirmed dates are not the whole story. "For those of you not in Paris, Amsterdam, Manchester or London, we will be seeing you soon," they wrote in the same post, without giving further detail on where or when. Tickets for the announced shows go on general sale at 9am BST on Friday, August 21, with a presale opening a day earlier for fans who sign up before 2pm the day before.

Before the headline tour begins, Gang Of Youths play a one-off UK show this summer, supporting Twenty One Pilots at All Points East in London on August 30, alongside Wunderhorse, Nova Twins, REN, BBNO$, PVRIS, Dead Pony, Kid Kapachi and LEAP. It is the band's only UK date scheduled for the summer months.

The tour follows the band's most recent album, 2022's Angel In Realtime, a record NME called a "soul-stirring tribute" to frontman David Le'aupepe's late father. Le'aupepe has previously said that writing the album pushed the band through significant changes: "My dad died, and that was big. We went through so many shifts and changes and I wanted to exhibit those in the music."

The band's next studio release has not been announced, and a new single, "Things Take Time," is the most recent new material MusicSuey has covered from the rock band ahead of this run of shows, one more sign of activity between the 2022 album and whatever comes next. The new dates join the rest of the band's schedule on the tour guide.
