Jaid Joice has signed with talent agency WME, MusicRow reported, adding a booking partner to a career that began early: Joice started playing guitar at age nine, signed her first label development agreement at 13 and a publishing deal at 18. She will provide tour support for both Muscadine Bloodline and Avery Anna on select dates.
"I am beyond excited to join the WME family," Joice said, adding that the agency's roster has inspired her since she was young. "I am grateful for the journey to come, with a team built on perseverance and a true love for live music."
WME's Jon Folk described signing Joice as an easy call. "Every once in a while, an artist comes along whose talent is simply undeniable, and Jaid is one of those artists," he said. "She has a voice you don't forget, incredible instincts as a musician and an authenticity that immediately connects."
Folk added that he is excited to represent Joice and help build what he called a very special career.
Joice continues to be represented by F13 Music Group for management and Lost Highway Records for label services, meaning the WME deal adds a booking arm to an existing team rather than replacing it.
The country artist's upcoming tour support slots give her a chance to reach both Muscadine Bloodline's and Avery Anna's existing fan bases as she builds her own following.
