Louis York announce new album The Heart Of the Matter

Louis York have announced their third studio album, The Heart Of the Matter, set for release on November 6. The R&B and pop duo, made up of Grammy-nominated hitmakers Claude Kelly and Chuck Harmony, marked the announcement with the album's lead single, "I Found A Home," now streaming on Spotify, Apple Music and other digital platforms.

"I Found A Home" leans into the theatrical, richly arranged sound Louis York has built its catalog around. Chuck Harmony's production layers lush keys, swelling horns and a driving rhythm section, while Claude Kelly's vocal moves from tender verses into soaring choruses. Lyrically, the song works through themes of belonging and the emotional safety of finally settling into a relationship, giving an early sense of the tone the rest of The Heart Of the Matter is expected to carry.

Kelly and Harmony formed Louis York after years of writing and producing separately for other artists, and they have built the duo's identity around live instrumentation and old-school soul craft rather than chasing radio trends. The Heart Of the Matter will be their third full-length album together, following records that established the group as a favorite among fans of contemporary R&B and soul.

The new album continues to build the catalog of Weirdo Workshop, the independent label and creative imprint Kelly and Harmony founded to release Louis York's music on their own terms. Since starting the imprint, the pair has used it to control their rollout schedule and visual presentation, a model that has let The Heart Of the Matter arrive with a single rather than a full promotional campaign.
