Mis-Teeq are said to have split again, and Su-Elise Nash says that is news to her

Mis-Teeq's reunion appears to have ended after one concert, though the group's own members do not agree on that.

The announcement came from Sabrina Washington's camp. In a release issued to That Grape Juice, her representative said Washington, Alesha Dixon and Su-Elise Nash had decided not to continue with further Mis-Teeq dates beyond their sold-out show at OVO Arena Wembley in London, and that the band is over, with no further concerts or new music planned. No reason was given.

It arrived in the same release as something else: Washington's own UK tour. A One Night Stand Just Ain't Enough opens at the O2 Ritz in Manchester on 5 February 2027, then plays the O2 Academy Birmingham on 6 February, the O2 Forum Kentish Town in London on 26 February, the O2 Academy Glasgow on 17 April and the O2 City Hall Newcastle on 24 April. Tickets go on general sale on 28 September. Washington will perform Mis-Teeq material alongside solo songs.

Her explanation for the tour is about volume of demand rather than a parting of ways. The response to Wembley was overwhelming, she said, with messages arriving from the moment the show was announced asking about Manchester, Birmingham and Scotland, and enough people saying one night was not enough that the tour effectively named itself.

Then Su-Elise Nash contradicted the premise. Hours after the split was reported, Nash posted a screenshot of the announcement and challenged the idea that anything had been decided. She said that as far as she was aware, that same day was the deadline for the group to answer a set of 2027 offers, including headlining one major UK festival, appearing at another, and potentially taking the show to regional cities for people who could not get to Wembley.

"So to find out that a press release went out to media today saying 'Mis-Teeq have split' has taken me by surprise," she wrote, adding that she remained proud of what the group achieved at Wembley and grateful to the audience that filled it.

That leaves two accounts of the same week that cannot both be complete. One camp says a decision was taken collectively; another member says she believed the decision was still open and was expecting to say yes. As of That Grape Juice's second report, neither Washington nor Dixon had commented publicly on Nash's version.

The group have been here before, and have talked about why. Washington once likened their original 2005 split to a divorce, and Dixon has described the relationship after years of touring and recording as intense. Neither has been offered as an explanation for this one.
