MUSEXPO 2027 names Lucas Keller and Marty Diamond for its industry awards

MUSEXPO 2027 will honor talent managers Lucas Keller and Marty Diamond with two of its top industry awards during the conference's 27th global edition in Burbank, California, running March 21 to 24, 2027. Keller, founder of Milk & Honey Music + Sports, receives the "Global Talent Manager" award, while Diamond, an executive vice president at THE-TEAM, gets the "International Music Person of the Year" honor.

Diamond will collect his award March 23 at a VIP luncheon preceded by a keynote conversation, and Keller follows a day later at MUSEXPO's gala dinner, both held at the Castaway venue; each will also receive official proclamations from state and local government bodies. Diamond represents artists including Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, RAYE, Tyla and FLO through THE-TEAM's music division, which still operates under that name after the agency dropped founder Casey Wasserman's from it in March 2026; his wider roster includes Bastille, Damien Rice, Lorde, Sia and Wet Leg. Diamond previously served as Paradigm Talent Agency's Head of Global Music before Wasserman bought that business in 2021, and has won multiple Pollstar "Agent of the Year" awards. Providence Equity Partners confirmed in July it is taking full control of THE-TEAM in a deal valuing the agency at roughly $3.4 billion, expected to close later this year.

Keller's Milk & Honey now runs offices in Beverly Hills, New York, Nashville and London, representing more than 70 songwriters and producers, over 40 electronic artists and more than 150 NFL and collegiate NIL athletes, alongside an artist management arm that oversees close to 3,000 live shows a year, including residencies in Ibiza and Las Vegas, according to MUSEXPO. He has also overseen more than $300 million in music catalog deals, launched Milk & Honey Records in October 2025 and struck a recent publishing partnership with Kobalt. "Representation is an act of service," Keller said of the honor, "it means listening closely, advocating fiercely, and being a voice for the voiceless."

MUSEXPO president Sat Bisla praised both honorees, calling Diamond someone who has "helped define the modern global touring business" and Keller "one of the most respected and visionary talent managers in the global entertainment industry," adding that Keller has "built a remarkable legacy by championing the American Songwriter."

The conference will also present its Lifetime Achievement Award to Disney Music Group president Ken Bunt, continuing a tradition that has previously honored WME's Kirk Sommer (last year's International Music Person of the Year), Republic Records executives Monte and Avery Lipman, Virgin Music Group's Jacqueline Saturn and Live Aid organizer Harvey Goldsmith. MUSEXPO's awards trace back to 2012, when they launched in the ballroom of the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, the same room that hosted the first Academy Awards in 1929.
