Paco Cathcart's The Cradle announces "Get Yourself A Man & Other Love Songs"

Cathcart returns to the moniker after releasing an album under his own name last year.

The Cradle

Paco Cathcart is returning to his longtime moniker The Cradle for a new album titled Get Yourself A Man & Other Love Songs, due out this fall. The announcement comes just a year after Cathcart released his first album under his own name, following more than 50 albums released as The Cradle before that.

The record's first preview, the track "Human Nature," gives an early sense of the album's love-song framing, a theme Cathcart signals directly in the record's title. Further tracklist and release date details have not yet been shared.

The Cradle has built one of the more prolific catalogs in the underground indie space over the years, and this new record marks a return to the name after Cathcart's brief detour under his own identity.

No touring plans behind Get Yourself A Man & Other Love Songs have been announced yet, with the fall release window the only timing confirmed so far.
