Argentine pop artist Six Sex releases debut album "Ultra"

Six Sex, the stage name of Argentine artist Francisca Agustina Cuello, released her debut album, "Ultra," on June 6, the Los Angeles Times reported. Songs like "Not Your Mom" and "No More Porn" carry the sly, self-aware humor Cuello has built her career on, using comedy as what she called a filter that separates fans who understand the joke from those who don't.

Cuello brought that persona to a sold-out Los Angeles debut earlier this year at the venue Don Quixote, where she played to a crowd she has described as among the loudest she has performed for. She promoted "Ultra" from the road during a world tour, pausing mid-run to discuss the album and her live show with the Times over video call from Barcelona.
