London band Sorry have shared a new song, "Tom Will Smack Your Ass," paired with a music video that delivers exactly what the title promises. Singer Asha Lorenz co-directed the clip with Flo Webb.

"No bums were harmed in the making of this video -- thanks to everyone who contributed," Lorenz said of the shoot.

The song follows COSPLAY, the acclaimed album Sorry released last November via Domino, which built on a run of well-received singles: "Jetplane" in April, "Waxwing" in June, plus "Echoes," "Today Might Be the Hit" and "Candle" released in the lead-up to the record.

COSPLAY was the band's third full-length, following 2022's Anywhere But Here and their 2020 debut, 925. Sorry is Lorenz, Louis O'Bryen, Lincoln Barrett, Campbell Baum and Marco Pini.

"Tom Will Smack Your Ass" is now part of the band's post-COSPLAY singles run, tracked with the rest of the week's new rock releases on the release calendar.
