YTB Fatt released a seven-song EP, Vera Volpe: The Prelude, on August 4, HotNewHipHop reported, arriving ahead of a full album already in the works. The project marks the latest release in what the outlet called the hip-hop artist's breakout year.

The EP carries guest features from Lil Baby on "Here and There," Loe Shimmy on "I Believe" and Fox BD on "I Gotcha Bitch," alongside the tracks "Rob The Bank," "Free Lil Dann" (featuring Lil Dann), "Spin" and "Glass Teeth."

HotNewHipHop framed the project, tracked in the release calendar, as a preview ahead of YTB Fatt's next full-length rather than the main event, describing it as a taste of his style for fans while the bigger release comes together.

The EP continues a run of momentum for the rapper, who has steadily built his profile over the past several years and used 2026 in particular to raise his output, following earlier projects including his "On Zai" deluxe EP.

The preview paid off: YTB Fatt's full album, Vera Volpe, arrived later in August, expanding on the world introduced across the shorter project's seven tracks.
