FLO have released their second studio album, Therapy at the Club, through Republic Records, alongside a music video for the single "Cry Ugly" co-directed by Jake Nava, Sienna Nava and Marlon Cang, YouKnowIGotSoul reported on August 12.

The Grammy-nominated R&B and soul trio built the 16-track record as a diaristic account of a night out, from the pre-game to the morning after, using the club as a setting for confession and emotional release rather than just nightlife. The group wrote and produced across the album themselves, alongside collaborators including Amy Allen, Steph Jones, Julian Bunetta and Boy Matthews, plus returning contributors Skippz, Oak Felder and Sevyn Streeter.

The album is led by "Leak It," which the outlet says gave FLO their highest-charting solo single in the UK to date, and includes the title track, which the trio debuted during an NPR Tiny Desk performance, plus earlier fan favorites "Remedied" and "Don't Break Her Heart."

In a joint statement, the group called the album "super personal," saying the club represents "more than just a night out, it's like therapy," and pointed to a girls' bathroom on a night out as the closest comparison to how the record feels.

It follows their earlier single, Pose, and the album's chart run led into a tight race for the UK's number one album against The Reytons; Therapy at the Club is now logged on the release calendar.
