Fontaines D.C. have announced a European arena tour for October and November 2026, the biggest rooms the Irish band have played. The 19-date run opens on October 21 at the MEO Arena in Lisbon and finishes on November 27 at the O2 Arena in London.
Chalk support across the whole tour. The itinerary takes in Portugal, Spain, Italy, the Czech Republic, Serbia, Poland, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands, France and England, which is a wider spread than the band have attempted at this scale before.
The run supports Dopamine Chamber, the band's album due on October 16 through XL Records. That puts the record out five days before the first arena date, so most of the tour plays to audiences who have had the songs for a matter of weeks.
Tickets went to presale at 10am local time on Tuesday, September 1, with general on-sales at 10am local on Thursday, September 3. Staggering by local time rather than a single global drop is standard for a run this size and spares the smaller markets from being swamped.
The jump to arenas has been building. The band spent the summer on festival bills and played Reading among them, and the autumn run converts that visibility into their own ticketed rooms across a dozen countries.
The dates are logged on the tour guide. They follow the Dopamine Chamber announcement and the single Marianne, and the band remain one of the reference points other rock acts reach for.
