Kanye West and Don Toliver released a gory new video for "OK" on Tuesday, directed by Ye's wife, Bianca Censori, who continues to build her own directorial catalog, AllHipHop and HotNewHipHop reported. The video depicts West decapitated on an operating table, his head resting beside his body as strange objects leave his open chest, while Toliver calmly sharpens swords and stares at the surgeons before eventually reattaching West's head as shadows stage a fight across the walls.
The clip accompanies "OK," a Don Toliver collaboration from Bully Deluxe, which West released through YZY and gamma. in June. It is Censori's fourth video for West during the same album campaign, following "Father," a March release that placed West and Travis Scott inside a dreamlike church filmed as a single continuous shot, and "Gemini Season," in which Censori milked a cow before West poured the milk into her mouth.
Censori described her approach to translating music into images. "I experience music visually," she told Wallpaper. "The song doesn't just sound like something, it looks like something." She added that the rhythm, drums, pacing and even the texture of vocals can trigger something visual, as though the music is painting its own picture.
Censori's path to directing runs through architecture rather than film. She earned bachelor's and master's degrees in architecture from the University of Melbourne before becoming Yeezy's head of architecture, joining the label in November 2020, before her relationship with West became public. The two married on December 20, 2022, shortly after West's divorce from Kim Kardashian was finalized.
"OK" remains available on Bully Deluxe, an album that HotNewHipHop said has drawn a mixed response and AI-authenticity allegations since its release, with much of the commentary around West continuing to shadow the music itself.
Toliver, meanwhile, is also set to perform at Tyler, the Creator's Camp Flog Gnaw festival in November, one of several fall dates on his calendar beyond this video, while West continues touring in support of the hip-hop album.
