Man/Woman/Chainsaw add a second London tour date after "Cannonball" sells out shows

The London art-punks' new O2 Forum date in May 2027 is their biggest headline show to date.

Man/Woman/Chainsaw

Man/Woman/Chainsaw added a second London show to their 2026 tour after their scheduled Electric Ballroom date sold out. The London art-punk band will now close their run with a show at the O2 Forum in Kentish Town on May 11, 2027, which they called their biggest headline gig to date. "Electric Ballroom has officially sold out," the band wrote on Instagram. "Delighted to announce we will be headlining Kentish Town Forum in London on May 11th 2027."

The new date follows a run of UK and Ireland shows that begins September 19 in Belfast and continues through Dublin, Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle, Glasgow, Guildford and Brighton before moving into October dates in Portsmouth, Bristol, Cardiff, Nottingham and Birmingham, with the original Electric Ballroom show on October 7. Presale tickets for the O2 Forum date open August 19 for the band's mailing list, ahead of general sale on August 21.

The added show comes on the back of the band's debut album, Cannonball, released earlier this month to a four-star NME review that called it a "galley-smashing direct hit of a debut." The review praised the record for leaning "into the experimental" without falling into "over-indulgence," pushing the band, in NME's words, toward "a cleaner and more regular lift-off."

The tour guide already carries the band's full run of dates for the Cannonball album cycle, and NME's review went as far as tipping the record as a possible Mercury Prize 2027 nominee, calling it "one of the most accomplished debuts of the year."

Man/Woman/Chainsaw built Cannonball out of the more raw, unpolished sound of their earlier EP, Eazy Peasy, and the South London six-piece's status as former NME Cover Stars has followed them into this stretch of rock touring. Whether more dates will be added beyond the current run has not been said.
