Man/Woman/Chainsaw have announced a UK tour for May 2027 that finishes at the O2 Forum Kentish Town, comfortably the largest headline show the band have played in London.
They are announcing it from a strong position. Every date on their September and October 2026 UK run has sold out, and their headline shows in New York went to capacity as well. Putting a second, larger tour on sale before the first one has happened is a bet, but it is a bet made on a sold-out board.
The 2027 dates take in Manchester, Glasgow, Newcastle, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol, Southampton and Oxford before the London finale. Artist mailing list and Spotify presale opens at 10am BST on Wednesday 23 September, with general sale from 10am BST on Friday 25 September.
Behind the run sits Cannonball, the band's debut album, released through Fiction Records. It entered the Official Albums Chart at number 33, the first UK chart position of their career, and placed in the top 10 of the Independent, Vinyl, CD and Physical Albums Charts.
That combination is worth reading carefully. A number 33 overall placing alongside top 10 finishes on four physical-format charts describes a band whose audience buys records rather than only streaming them, which is the sort of following that fills a 2,300-capacity room a year out.
The Kentish Town Forum has long been the room where British guitar bands find out whether they are a festival-tent act or a headline one. It is the step above the mid-size clubs and the step below the arenas, and getting there on a debut album is quick going.
No support acts have been announced for the 2027 run, and no further dates have been added.
