October London has released a new studio album, Love Me For Me, via Death Row Records and gamma, YouKnowIGotSoul reported on August 14. The 10-track project arrives with an official music video for its focus track, "Body Talk."
Love Me For Me was produced entirely by hip-hop veterans Snoop Dogg and Soopafly, Death Row's own current label chief, who has continued producing for the roster even as his own biopic moves toward release. The outlet says the album preserves London's classic soul sound while pushing further into songs about love, commitment and self-discovery, and includes the previously released single "Your Girl" alongside the radio hit "Silent Treatment."
The album follows October London's acclaimed sophomore record October Nights, which reached the Top 10 of Billboard's Top R&B Albums chart, building on his debut The Rebirth of Marvin. He recently earned his third Billboard Adult R&B Airplay number one with the single "Touch on Me," following earlier chart-toppers "Back to Your Place" and "Mulholland Drive."
October London's single "Make Me Wanna," which has drawn more than 15.3 million streams, was selected for former President Barack Obama's 2026 summer playlist. He also performed at the 2026 Grammy Awards as part of a tribute to Roberta Flack, and earned a Best Male R&B/Pop Artist nomination at the 2026 BET Awards.
Love Me For Me is out now, part of this week's new R&B and soul releases on the release calendar.
