Sabrina Carpenter marks a year of the album Man's Best Friend in Toronto

Sabrina Carpenter's album Man's Best Friend gets a shop of its own for one day. The pop-up opens in Toronto on August 29, running from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. at 80 Atlantic Avenue in Liberty Village, and it exists to mark the record turning one.

What is inside, per Exclaim, is exclusive merchandise plus what the announcement calls fan activations, among them a Polaroid photo wall. There is a poster for it, which is about as much as the announcement carried.

The queue rules were published with everything else. The official line begins outside the store at 10 a.m. on the day, an hour before opening, and the shop may close early if quantities run out. That is standard for a single-room merchandise drop with no second date behind it.

The anniversary itself sits looser than the shop's schedule. Exclaim put the pop-up against one year of Man's Best Friend without naming a release day, so August 2026 is as precise as this record goes. No other city was announced alongside Toronto.

Pop-up retail has settled into standard pop practice this year rather than reading as a novelty. Third Man Records booked a run of shops across the UK and Ireland, Hayley Williams set up tattoo pop-ups around her solo dates, and Aemia booked October pop-up shows in Vancouver and Toronto. Carpenter's version of it is one room, one day and a wall of instant photographs on Atlantic Avenue.
