Frost Children map out West Coast tour

It follows the release of their new EP "Tweaker Poem."

Frost Children

Frost Children, the pop duo hailing from St. Louis, Michigan, have announced a West Coast tour set to run through the first ten days of December. The run follows last month's release of their new EP, Tweaker Poem, and gives the duo a chance to bring the new material to the road.

The full run stops at the Gothic Theater in Englewood, Colorado on December 1, Soundwell in Salt Lake City on December 2, Neumos in Seattle on December 4, the Pearl in Vancouver, the tour's single Canadian date, on December 5, Wonder Ballroom in Portland on December 6, the Castro Theater in San Francisco on December 8, and wraps at the Fonda Theater in Los Angeles on December 10.

Presales for the tour begin August 14, with general on-sale following the same day, according to Exclaim! Frost Children have built a following on a genre-blurring sound that mixes pop and electronic textures, and the West Coast dates mark their first major run of shows tied to Tweaker Poem.

No additional legs of the tour have been announced beyond the seven West Coast dates, now listed on the tour guide, though the band's history of frequent EP releases suggests more new music, and potentially more shows, could follow before the year is out.
