Kenny Chesney spends a fourth week at number one on MusicRow's radio chart

Kenny Chesney has held the top of the MusicRow Radio Chart for a fourth week with "Carry On," a run that puts the song among the more durable country radio records of the year.

The track comes from Silver Sands Marina, his 21st studio album, and was written by Chase McGill, Matt Jenkins and Jessi Alexander. A fourth week at number one on a chart built from country radio spins reflects programmers keeping a record in rotation long after the initial push, which is a different measure from streaming volume.

Elsewhere it is still climbing. "Carry On" sits at number nine on the Billboard Country Airplay chart and number six on Mediabase, so the MusicRow position is running ahead of the wider radio picture rather than trailing it.
