PC Music has announced the lineup for the fourth edition of POP CRYPT, which runs in three cities for the first time, The Line of Best Fit and The FADER reported on August 12. The series opens October 29 at Knockdown Center in New York as POP CRYPT: CRYPT CUBE, led by PC Music founder A. G. Cook alongside Sophia Stel, Hudson Mohawke, umru, GRRL, Holly Waxwing and THELIMITDOESNOTEXIST.
The run continues October 30 in Los Angeles at 1720 under the name ZIRP!, with a DJ set from Dorian Electra alongside POBBLES, HYD, Astra King and Count Baldor. On Halloween night, the series lands in London at Colour Factory, with Stel returning alongside Babymorocco, GFOTY, Iglooghost, GRRL, Moriah Mensah, Nomak, Samuel Organ, Whybray and Dionokia.
Each city carries its own headline pairing, per The FADER: Cook and Stel top the New York bill, Electra headlines Los Angeles, and Stel returns alongside Babymorocco to headline London, giving the run three distinct shows rather than one lineup touring intact.
Previous POP CRYPT events have featured PinkPantheress, with a surprise appearance from FKA twigs, Oklou, underscores, and Thy Slaughter, the duo of Caroline Polachek and Ellie Rowsell, along with Danny L Harle. PC Music is the hyperpop-adjacent label and collective A. G. Cook founded, and POP CRYPT has become its annual Halloween-season showcase.
Tickets for all three POP CRYPT dates went on general sale August 13. The event is one of several fall dates the festival tracker is following, alongside the rest of this year's pop news.
