Tame Impala will headline Poland's Open'er festival when it returns for its 2027 edition, organizers announced Monday, becoming the first act confirmed for the lineup.

Kevin Parker's project will close out the Orange Main Stage at Gdynia-Kosakowo Airport on June 30, the festival's opening night. Open'er 2027 runs from June 30 to July 3, with further acts still to be revealed.

The booking is part of a busy year ahead for Tame Impala. The Open'er date lines up with a newly announced European arena run that begins in Manchester on May 28, followed by two nights at London's O2 and shows in Rotterdam, Paris and Cologne.

Parker has spent much of 2026 touring behind Deadbeat, Tame Impala's fifth album, released in October 2025. The record pushed further into dance and electronic production while holding onto the psychedelic textures that have defined the project since Innerspeaker.

Open'er has built a reputation as one of Europe's biggest festivals, having hosted The Cure, The xx, Florence + The Machine, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds and David Byrne in 2026. Tame Impala's booking gives the 2027 edition an early marquee name to build the rest of the bill around.
