A man has been arrested after allegedly urinating on a family of four during a Morgan Wallen concert at Baltimore's M&T Bank Stadium on July 18, NME reported on August 13. Fan Troy Grevelding said he was attending with his wife, brother and eight-year-old niece when a man seated behind them, who appeared intoxicated and had reportedly been disruptive earlier in the night, began urinating and it hit the family; a confrontation followed before they left the show and alerted security.
Jayson Reed, 33, has been charged with four counts of second-degree assault, public urination and other related offenses, the Maryland Transportation Authority Police said in a release. In a video that went viral on social media, officers at the scene initially told Grevelding they could not make an arrest because they had not personally witnessed the incident themselves.
The Maryland Transportation Authority Police said a further investigation, following consultation with the Baltimore City State's Attorney's Office, "identified witnesses who were not present during the initial on-scene investigation" and led to a warrant. Deputies in Wilson County, North Carolina, arrested Reed, who is now jailed in North Carolina awaiting extradition to Maryland.
