Skrillex and Jorja Smith close out Sziget 2026 festival on the dancefloor

Skrillex and Jorja Smith closed out Sziget 2026 festival on its final night, August 15, according to a live review NME filed the next day. Skrillex delivered the headline set on the main stage, packed with pyro, smoke and lasers, while Jorja Smith played what the outlet called a party set earlier in the day.

Skrillex's set leaned on remixes of Jack U's "Where Are U Now" and Don Toliver's "E85" alongside original tracks like "Ratata," a collaboration with rapper Beam and rising Indian singer Naisha, and "Diwali." Before a mash-up of Damian Marley's "Welcome To Jamrock" and his own "Make It Bun Dem," he told the crowd to "put your fucking phones down" and enjoy "real motherfucking life" instead; the review said the audience largely obeyed, throwing their hands up rather than their devices. He capped the set by ordering the crowd to scream, then closed the night with a fireworks display.

Jorja Smith's slot came a week ahead of her third album, What Are the Odds, due out August 21, and just after she wrapped two weeks supporting Harry Styles in Mexico City. "I'm jetlagged, it's like I'm in a different time zone," she told the crowd. She played older songs like "Where Did I Go?" and "Try Me" alongside newer material, with the piano-and-sax-driven "I Lied, You Lied" standing out as the highlight.

Zimmer90 gave the earlier crowd a feel-good send-off in their first-ever Hungary show. "It's so crazy for us," singer Josch Becker told the crowd at the Revolut Stage, marveling at the turnout. The German dream-pop trio, rounded out by Finn Gronemeyer and Michael Schoett, moved from hazy pop songs like "Makes Me Wanna Dance" and "Movin'," their first-ever release five years ago, into a cover of Daft Punk's "One More Time" and a still-unreleased new song built around the refrain "I can't stop / I won't stop."

Belgian duo Soulwax closed out the night with an outrageously funky electronic midnight set, flashing "DO YOU WANNA GET IN TROUBLE?" across the video screens, the title of their 2017 track. Brothers David and Stephen Dewaele built the set around a bank of controllers wired to synthesisers, backed by three separate drummers layering the sound into the early hours.

Jorja Smith's Sziget set also arrives in a busy stretch for her: she released "I Lied, You Lied" as a single just before the festival and is readying What Are The Odds for an August 21 release, while Skrillex already has a Boomtown 2026 set lined up with Chase & Status.
